Value Enablement Lead

This role bridges strategy and execution—translating enterprise value enablement principles into practical, measurable team- and portfolio level practices.

The role combines hands-on coaching with portfolio-level coordination. It enables teams to improve flow, predictability, and learning while identifying systemic constraints and partnering with leadership to address structural barriers. The position fosters self-sufficiency, continuous improvement, and outcome-driven delivery across domains.
