UX/UI Designer - REMOTE 100% - R900K PA

We're looking for an experienced UX / UI Designer to take ownership of end‑to‑end user experience across key platform modules. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complex enterprise workflows and turning them into elegant, intuitive interfaces that users actually enjoy using.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and design peers, contributing both to day‑to‑day product design and the evolution of our design system.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design, ideally on enterprise or B2B platforms
• Proven experience designing complex, multi‑step workflows (approvals, bulk actions, operational tools)
• A strong track record of working within and contributing to design systems
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial software is highly desirable
• Expert‑level Figma skills, including enterprise‑scale file structures, design systems, and component management
