About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, personas, empathy maps, and other UX artefacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Conduct usability testing and synthesise findings to improve digital products and services.
  • Work closely with product owners, business users, designers, and developers throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Develop wireframes, low- to high-fidelity prototypes, and design concepts using Figma.
