Utility/Water Treatment Technician (Vaughan)

AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring experienced Utility/Water Treatment Technicians (Level III or IV) for an upcoming temporary assignment in Alberta.

Shift Details

Work 12‑hour shifts, 6 days per week when assigned to a project.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay: $55 per hour before overtime
• $30 per day non‑taxed meal allowance (when lodging is required)
• Paid travel up to 4 hours
• Hotel accommodations provided (when required)
• Flight provided (when required)

Duties, Skills & Qualifications

• Operate machines, mobile equipment, and tools used in municipal water treatment facilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and manage plant performance, reacting to abnormalities such as turbidity, mono‑chloramines, chlorine, etc.
