USRM Cell Supervisor

The Cell Supervisor role will support the Under Seat Rocket Motor (USRM) team, based at the Chalgrove site in Oxfordshire, leading a talented and high performing manufacturing cell, running a cutting‑edge machine shop. The USRM cell is an exciting environment, contributing to the ejection seat products that Martin‑Baker manufacturers.
