User Researcher
Rate: £500 - £535 a day

Working Pattern: Largely remote
You will join a global IT consultancy delivering digital transformation to the public sector.
In this role you will:
Lead research for a product or service area from discovery to delivery.
Integrates qual/quant evidence, align stakeholders and de risk decisions through experimentation.
Plan multi method research; manage data, consent, accessibility and ethics.
Run research at pace (contextual, field, diary/longitudinal, analytics triangulation).
Build decision ready synthesis (insight frameworks, opportunity maps, journey evidence).
Design and evaluate experiments (prototypes, A/B/MVT where appropriate).
Coach researchers in methods; quality assure outputs and narratives.
