Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources information and tools Identifies customer needs and business priorities Coordinates and executes work assignments Provides advice feedback and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved Models and helps team members adapt to change or new challenges
Installs various irrigation systems components for example wiring controllers valves heads rotors main and lateral lines drip lines bubblers Maintains troubleshoots and repairs irrigation systems to ensure efficient operation Conducts tasks such as pressure testing trenching and pulling pipe potable and nonpotable systems
Operates special andor heavy equipment and vehicles Orders irrigation supplies spare parts and other equipment as authorized Obtains quotes for services from outside contractors as needed
