Key Responsibilities:
+ Thoroughly follow all operating, quality, and safety procedures, able to safely perform all aspects of the job, participates/leads safety improvement activities (teams, PBSAs, JSAs, etc).
+ Familiar with ISO requirements, knows and follows extrusion work instructions and department & plant procedures.
+ Fully understand quality specifications and measurement equipment, how to recognize defects, how to take appropriate follow up actions.
+ Accurately count product and properly package and store product to minimize preventable quality issues.
