US Medical Biller - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Bill primary and secondary claims.
• New accounts are scrubbed (all data is verified and confirmed that it is entered correctly).
• All claims are scrubbed to (ensure codes and # units are billed correctly).
• Electronic claims are batched and sent through the clearinghouse.
• Rejected claims are checked, corrected and re-billed.
• Paper claims are printed, along with any additional documentation and mailed.
• Un-billable claims are sent back to FD with notes (regarding what is needed and that once received back, corrected claims are billed).
