About the Role

Job Title: US Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) / Medical Doctor (MD) – Family Medicine 
Location: Philippines/ India

Requirements:
Licensed in New York (NY) or New Jersey (NJ) (one or both preferred)
Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
Comfortable providing telehealth/remote patient care
Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

Work Schedule:
Weekdays (Monday–Friday):
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):
Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM EST
