Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• Call Center Experience (CCE) is an advantage but NOT required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B2 CEFR level or higher preferred
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
