Job summary
We are seeking to recruit dynamic Band 6 practitioners. The post is open to qualified Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists. Do you have a desire to support an established and dynamic Mental health Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team? Are you committed to delivering quality driven mental health services? Do you value working positively, respectfully and collaboratively? If so, we'd love you to join us! We are looking to recruit skilled and highly motivated practitioners to join us as Band 6 Urgent Care Practitioners in the CRHTT, working closely with the acute mental health hospital and community teams to support people in a mental health crisis. CRHT are able to offer all the benefits of a hospital admission whilst remaining at home, including home visits from our experienced multi- disciplinary team.
