About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Field Service & Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of urban farming systems at client sites.
- Customer Support - Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and on-site customer inquiries
- Project Participation - Participate fully in deployment projects, assist with system installation, commissioning, testing, and handover at new client sites.
- Nursery & Cultivation - Manage seed germination, seedling care, and transplanting
- E-Commerce Order Fulfilment - Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time across all sales channels
- Demo Farm Maintenance - Keep the CityFarm demo farm presentable and fully operational at all times
