About the Role
Provelopers is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist) with strong experience in the software service-based industry, capable of managing the complete bidding and sales cycle on Upwork. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling multiple stack profiles, and in managing CRM pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bidding process on Upwork (proposal writing, negotiation, closing).
- Identify relevant projects and create high-converting proposals.
- Lead full sales cycle, from lead discovery to deal closure.
- Take discovery calls with clients and turn leads into customers.
- Track and maintain sales pipeline KPIs using CRM tools.
- Manage and optimize multiple Upwork stack profiles.
- Coordinate with the technical team to create estimates and execution plans.
