We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Japanese restaurant at Changi Airport. You will be entrusted to manage daily operations with strong support from HQ.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and schedule the store team

  • Maintain high standards of food display and service

  • Handle ordering, stock control, and HQ coordination

  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance

  • Coach and develop a positive team culture

  • Able to work weekends & public holidays

  • Food Hygiene Certificate

  • 2–3 years of F&B store management experience
