About the Role

Our Underwriting Operations team is growing! We currently have opportunities for two (2) Underwriting Operations Analysts based out of our Edmonton office. Reporting to the Manager, Underwriting Systems and Operations , this role ensures the accurate integration of underwriting rules and processes into systems. More specifically:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead assigned projects to implementation

  • Lead testing and validation of complex underwriting rules, product updates, and pricing changes

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and system efficiencies

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior analysts

  • Serve as subject matter expert for underwriting systems and business logic

  • Liaise between business and technical teams to resolve issues across multiple platforms: Guidewire centers, Broker Management systems (including EDI, edoc), third party quoting tools (Applied, Acturis, etc…)
