Underwriting Assistant (Temporary role - 6 months)

The Business Services team in Corporate Solutions Operations is looking for an open‑minded Underwriting Assistant with a can‑do spirit to be based in Singapore. You will primarily support the Property and Casualty portfolio.

• Preparation of policy documentation.
• Setting up and finalizing policies in various systems (underwriting, pricing, invoices etc.) ensuring data accuracy.
• Support the Underwriting team with renewal preparation (deal analysis of renewal accounts) and endorsement triaging and preparation.
• Handling of closings and contract changes.
• Creating and maintaining records electronically, following established guidelines and processes.
• Handling basic underwriting tasks, renewals, quotes, endorsements including broker engagement where required.
• Maintaining regular contact with brokers and customers and attending meetings as needed.
