This position requires students to work closely with the Undergraduate Admissions Office to recruit prospective students, assist with events, and oversee daily clerical tasks.


Job Duties

  • Conduct campus tours for visiting high school and transfer students

  • Oversee daily clerical tasks including but not limited to answering phones, keeping records of visitors, assist with group visits, and organize recruitment materials

  • Assist with organizing and conducting admissions events

  • Deliver and distribute incoming mail to appropriate staff member

  • Be of assistants to all Admissions Counselors, Graduate Assistants, and Campus Staff
