UK FM Works Project Manager

Location: Split between Brighton and London

Position Overview

The Small Works Project Manager is a hands‑on role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of small‑scale facility projects, working in close partnership with local Facility Management (FM) teams. This role ensures that facility projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards, aligning with the broader capital program objectives. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between various stakeholders, coordinating resources and managing vendors to minimise disruption and optimise operational performance within facilities.
