About the role: This is a principal-level role. You'll set the frontend technical direction for our web products across Organization. Owning architecture, performance, reliability, and the quality bar. Much of this work happens through influence: clear standards, strong reference implementations. This is a technical leadership role and people management is not the primary focus.

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and drive the frontend architecture roadmap across the organization.
• Establish standards, design patterns, and best practices for scalable and maintainable UI development.
• Create technical design documentation for major architectural decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and drive alignment across multiple engineering teams.
