UAE Regional Store Leader — Multi-Unit Retail

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Dubai is seeking a District Manager to lead business and operations across 6–10 owned stores in the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, driving sales, store standards, and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will develop a diverse stores leadership team, manage payroll within budgets, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with store operations, location planning, supply chain, and maintenance to deliver results.
