UAE National | Process & Compliance Manager | Automotive | Finance

We are looking for a Manager – Process & Compliance to support the finance transformation agenda across Al-Futtaim Automotive’s UAE and overseas operations.

In this role, you will work closely with Finance, IT, and business teams to support ERP enhancements, strengthen process governance, improve system adoption, and drive better controls across automotive business operations.

The successful candidate will bring a strong finance process background, ERP understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑moving environment.
