UAE Construction & Flooring Exec (Ops, Finance, Sales)

Aurora Talent is seeking a senior leader to oversee their UAE business, managing operations, finance, and sales within the industrial flooring and general contracting sectors. The successful candidate will lead project delivery across the UAE, manage financial reporting, and develop client relationships.

Ideal applicants will have 10–15 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a senior position, and a strong grasp of the UAE construction market.
