We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Operations Coordinator to support a major ADNOC Turnaround (TAR) project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing shutdown, decontamination, catalyst change-out, commissioning, and start-up activities while ensuring operational excellence and minimizing turnaround duration. The role requires strong coordination with Operations, Process, Maintenance, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all pre-turnaround and execution activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within schedule.
