What you'll do:

• Edit high-conversion performance marketing ads.
• Create brand and social content: reels, founder videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes and journey stories

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years editing experience (After Effects must, Premiere Pro strong)
• Experience with performance ads + short-form social videos
• Good sense of hooks, pacing, sound, and visual flow
• Comfortable in fast, experiment-heavy startup teams
