Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in trust & estates
• Experience working with individuals, businesses, trusts and charitable institutions
• Drafting personal estate plans and business succession plans

  Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law
  
  
• LL.M. in taxation is a bonus
