Tribe Lead

We are looking for a senior, dynamic leader to head our Finland Technology Tribe. In this role, you will act as a key ambassador and driver of progress, ensuring the tribe delivers on quarterly objectives while continuously improving performance and innovation.

You will own the Tribe’s end-to-end performance, including engagement, efficiency and quality. You will drive development of local products like our Payroll solution as well as related add‐on solutions and also support adopting our global solutions towards the Finnish market. You will work closely with Finland leadership and global Product Management to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions for the Finnish market and, at times, the wider northern European region.
