Job Description
- Petty cash fund custodian
- Monitor PDCs and preparation of deposit slips
- Prepare schedule of payment as required by immediate head
- Prepare request for payment to suppliers and staff in a timely manner
- Prepare summary report for payment and expenses
- Prepare and submit reports and payments to various Government Agencies as they become due
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- At least one (1) year working experience in a related field
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate; can do MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to render overtime
