Travel LTC LPN, Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm)

 Contract: 13 Weeks

 Schedule: Full Time PM Shift (2pm–10pm), Every Other Weekend

 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents' conditions, reporting any changes to physicians and charge nurses, assisting CNAs, and updating family members as needed. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and the ability to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care setting.

Requirements:

 Active Wisconsin LPN License

 Current BLS/CPR Certification

LTC experience preferred

Strong communication and patient care skills

 Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
