  • Must have RN license valid in Ohio
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required (for RNs in critical care areas including Interventional Radiology)
  • Specialty specific competency testing must be completed within a year
  • Must provide documentation of required immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD or IGRA)
  • Background checks and verifications required (criminal background, education, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO)
  • Trinity Health specific forms and agreements must be completed

  • Dayshift: 06:30 - 16:00
  • 4 days per week, 9 hours per day
  • Rotating day off
  • 12 days of call in 6 weeks (every third weekend)
