Umrah Sales Agent (UK Market)

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English
• Confident communication and sales skill
• Ability to handle calls, WhatsApp and customer follow-up
• Previous experience in Travel, Umrah or Sales is preferred (Fresh candidates with strong English may also apply)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist UK customers with Umrah enquiries
• Explain packages, hotels, flights and visa requirement
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into booking
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
