- Looking for highly motivated nurses to help on this PCU Cardiac Surgery Unit.
- This unit cares for patients that are status post cardiac surgery.
- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test is required.
- Job Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Must be AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (Must be AHA).
- Current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start.
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA Topics with minimum 80% passing score.
- Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with passing score of at least 80%.
- Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start; updated annually for specialty.
