About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails within travel assistance operations
  • Explain policy coverage and claims; triage urgent medical and travel cases
  • Coordinate hospital admissions, guarantees of payment (GOP), and medical transfers
  • Liaise with medical and non-medical providers (hospitals, clinics, airlines) and our assistance network
  • Log cases in CRM; follow through to resolution; escalate when needed, and share ideas to improve CX
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use

What You Bring
