Responsibilities
Assist Danish-speaking customers with their travel bookings
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
Offer guidance and advice on travel packages, flights, hotels, and more
Handle queries efficiently and provide resolutions to customer issues
Working Hours
40 hours/week: Monday to Sunday, shifts between 9 am and 7 pm, onsite
What We 're Looking For
Proficiency in English (B2 and higher, written and spoken)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Travel experience is a plus, but not required
