Transversal Quality Leader: Program & Compliance (Madrid)

An opportunity for a Quality Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

Responsibilities

• Leading a Quality team in programme/project/service, act as a role model and benchmark for digitalization, innovation and collaboration and coach, empower, inspire every employee to live up to the AD Quality vision.
• Ensure that all quality disciplines supporting a programme/project/service are organized, receive the needed inputs and provide consistent and complete deliverables in line with requirements and project schedule.
• Monitor the spending of the budget on a regular basis and provide estimates for remaining workload and budget for both your own activities and for the parts of your team in other organizations within programme/project/service.
