We are currently recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to join a growing business based in North Lincolnshire. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day transport operations
• Daily transport planning and route scheduling
• Coordinating drivers and ensuring workloads are organised effectively
• Supporting fleet compliance and transport legislation requirements
• Monitoring delivery schedules and resolving operational issues
• Liaising with internal teams, customers and drivers
• Supporting performance, service levels and operational efficiency
• Supervising and supporting the transport team
• Helping to improve processes as the business continues to grow
