About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Supervise transport staff including drivers, dispatchers, and logistics coordinators.
- Manage transport budgets, control costs, and negotiate contracts with third-party carriers.
- Prepare and present operational reports and performance data
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
