Description:


Transport Distribution Administrator


Maternity cover up to 1 year


Arranging and booking slots with retail partners


Booking Vehicle Couriers


Supporting all supply chain procedures


Coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation and data entry.


Raising investigations regarding missed deliveries.


Creating inbound orders on D365 and WMS systems


Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word


Accurately completing records as needed.


Update and communicate with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams and management regarding delivery status.


Support warehouse operations, including picking and packing during quieter periods


Understanding of courier and freight processes.


Role is based on a 40 hour working week Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm
