The Role:
* Coordinating day-to-day transport operations to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time
* Analysing data to identify trends and inform logistics decisions
* Managing relationships with customers and drivers, delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns
* Using IT systems (including [TMS/TOPS], Excel, and Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports
* Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day communications and planning
* Making real-time decisions to resolve operational issues such as delays
