About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing residential and commercial property transfers from inception to registration.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate conveyancing files in line with required procedures and standards.
  • Managing and coordinating the administrative functions of a conveyancing practice.
  • Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, municipalities, rates consultants, estate agents, and the deeds office.
  • Drafting, formatting, and preparing legal documents and commercial agreements.
  • Attending to lodgments and registrations relating to:
    • Property transfers
    • Bond cancellations
    • Bonds
  • Managing all financial administration associated with conveyancing transactions.
  • Handling FICA administration and ensuring all compliance requirements are completed.
