About the Role

Overview Responsible for staff training within the Group. Identify the training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. This role is a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and will assist with the various tasks. Responsibilities Identify training needs of employees and develop and organise programmes to meet those needs. Assist as a 2IC to the Training and Development Manager and support various training and development tasks. Qualifications Bachelor in Training and Development degree (BTD) or Diploma in Occupational OD ETDP Practitioner level 5 5 years of experience as a Skills Development Facilitator Qualified SDF, OD ETDP Practitioner, preferably a training specialist Sound knowledge of the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills Adequate administrative and VIP knowledge Substantial knowledge of WSP/ATR
