About the Role
**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a **Training Manager** to support both Food & Nutrition and Environmental Services (EVS) across two USC Hospital System locations— **USC Verdugo Hills and USC Arcadia.**
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for frontline staff and managers, with content tailored specifically to EVS and Food & Nutrition operations. Key responsibilities include selecting training topics, creating syllabi, conducting new‑hire orientation, monitoring and tracking training compliance, and supporting broader training initiatives and campaigns. The Training Manager serves as the central driver of consistent, effective training practices across both hospitals.
