About the Role
**TRAINING CAPTAIN - NEW NIKE LONDON FLAGSHIP**
**Start Date : October 2026**
The Training Captain role is an in-the-field extension of the EMEA Athlete Service & Training team (AS&T). As a Training Captain, you are responsible for igniting a culture of service and selling, as well as developing the operational acumen needed to create world-class standards, productivity and performance with the support of ISTs from your cluster of stores
As a Training Captain you report directly into your league Director – Store Operations & Training, with day-to-day coaching from the Senior training Captain. You partner closely with Retail Directors, Head Coaches, In-Store Trainers, and the EMEA Athlete Service & Training Team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
+ You will execute training strategies to drive Nike Stores’ priorities through your network of In-Store Trainers (IST’s).
