The Training & Capacity Building Lead is responsible for leading the execution, management, and operational delivery of all training programs within the New Economy Academy (NEA). The role focuses on transforming strategic programmes into high-quality learning experiences through effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement.
