About the Role

As a Trainer / Facilitator, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, facilitate capability-building programs, and support the development of employees across the designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging, outcome focused training sessions across diverse audiences and functions
  • Coordinate with regional L&D teams and Capability Coaches to ensure consistent training delivery standards
  • Contribute to the development of training content, facilitator guides, and learning materials

Experience: 2–5 years of Trainer / Facilitator experience.

Banking experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
