Trainee Supervisor

To provide Supervision in managing the day-to-day operations associated with a waste collection operation.

•To promote a good company image at all times, and develop good relations with customers, contractors, regulators and other officials of statutory bodies.

• To comply with Company policies, arrangements and schedules, as produced from time to time to ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations.

• Conduct regular monitoring inspections to promote and support a culture of safety awareness and safe working. Ensure that all collection personnel fully comply with safety practices and procedures. Strive to minimize the risk of accidents. Ensure that accidents are reported, investigated fully and that any resulting recommendations are implemented.
