Start your career in global finance with Société Générale’s Structured Finance Middle Office team in Singapore. You will gain hands‑on exposure to real transactions across multiple industries and markets, working closely with front office, risk, legal and operations teams across Asia‑Pacific.
Responsibilities- Review and analyse legal documentation to support deal execution
- Coordinate with front office, compliance, finance, and back office to ensure smooth transaction closing
- Support deal lifecycle activities (closing, prepayment, loan assignments)
- Assist in communication with external counterparties (including Japanese stakeholders)
- Contribute to reporting and ad-hoc business requests
