Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a 40-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 557-branch located at 7 Cemetery Road, Barnsley, S70 1XS.

Shift Pattern

• Monday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Tuesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Wednesday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Thursday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Friday 09:00-18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities

Assist with the accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items under the guidance and supervision of the Pharmacist. Manage ordering and stock levels within the dispensary and shop, ensuring timely stock availability. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of interaction with customers and contributing to a well-established team.
