Earn while you learn, we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and enhancing your learning through a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification.

Based at our Northampton depot, located just outside Northampton Town Centre

Pay rate during training of £12.71 per hour (training will last 6 – 8 weeks)

Pay rate increasing once you are working alone and then increasing again on your 1 year anniversary £16.00 per hour as a Qualified Bus Driver

Shift patterns mixed of any 4 or 5 days in 7
