Trainee Accountant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail?oriented Trainee Accountant to support multiple business units, including Workshops, Warranty, Scrapyard, Fleet and Reporting functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational activities across Workshops, Warranty, Scrapyard, Fleet and Reporting divisions.
• Open, maintain and close job cards on Syspro, including accurate costing and reconciliation.
• Process GRNs, invoices, van orders, intergroup transactions and external billing.
• Scan, upload, file and maintain all financial and operational documentation on relevant shared folders.
• Prepare and post monthly journals, including turnover, labour, consumables, inter?division charges and provisions.
• Compile monthly turnover summaries, management reports and Excel reconciliations.
• Process stock take imports, cycle counts and consumables clean?ups on Syspro.
